RN Elisabeth Honour of Woulverton about 26 maried this 2 or 3 yeres. shee is lunatick & hath not the vse of her wits. about 3 a clock in the after noone 26 of Septemb. die ♂ they cam to my howse but I was not at home they came agayne about 9. 15 in moring {sic} wth her consent
