RN M^res Margery Dorrle \Mary Dayrle/ of Lillingstone Dorrle 44 at Candlemas last. for a payne in the sowles of her feete as it were a sprene. March. 17 die ☾ h. 1. 45 p m. 1600. this shooteth vp into the top of feete

Elisabeth Dayrell 2i y. also this gentlewomā craveth my Counsell for her w^ch is of 2i yere y^t had the greene sicknes but is well cured of it. but hath a litle sore on her leg of the bignes of a halpeny this halfe yeere.

RN a litle gyrle 14 y very sick head & stomack my lady gave her aloes & syrope of roses & a vomyt w^th {sic} wrought eight 12 tymes & yet is not mended craveth my consell

RN Mres Pescot sent a letter to me touching certen ptyes susp to doe her hane {sic} May 17 ☾ h. 1. 30 p m. 1624

Mres Prescot was w^th goody M^res Kendall who did excuse her selfe &|b|efore she dyed & did put it on her daughter in law that mayed {sic} her sonne called Ellenor Cooke now wife of francis Typsley confessed y^t her daughter sent for a mā to cure her mischiefe but they did not fourme it. still is tormented almost in all tꝭ of her bodye yet not sicke so y^t she is afrayd y^t all her adversayes {sic} are not rooted out. this \last/ womā hath a Daughter y^t was w^th the old womā before she dyed called Anne Typsley. always tormented at hart feareth a cōsūption & craveth my consayle & helpe vnder god.

RN Katheron Dudly of Woulson 53. for the paine in her belly taketh it to be the Cholick. if shee cast shee is well. & doe w^th all avoyd wind. came to me againe for my counsell 27 of Marche die ♂ h. 8. ant m. 1599.

RN Mary R Vattison a widowe 60 yeres old. mittit  consilio et  morbi remedio. / Iulij 19 th die ☿. h. 9. 12. m. /short winded & puffed vp in her cheste/\

RN Mres Leate sent her {sic} \a letter in the behalfe of her/ daughter Iane who hath for this twelfemonthe bene troubled w^th a swelling about her gr{y}|o|yne sometys appearing & sometyms not but gone first white & 2 months since burning red & hard almost as big as an egge

she layd to it a litle wax & butter & now & then a poultis of milke & a weddensday last was senet it broke about the 12 of Ap desyrous to have my counsell the 20^th of Apr h. 5. 30 pm 1620 It is broken & did run & voyd filthy \yellow/ stuffe

RN Agnes Smithe of 13 yeres old at last mikelmas it tooke her {9} of novemb. w^th a gydines in her hed & hart & so ceme Downe to her h {sic} belly hard came for my counsell this 27 of November 1598 die ☾ h. 8. 49. mi. ant m. mater cū filia quærit

RN Ihone Smith came to me for a remedy & for my counsell demaunding of me wheath^r it were good to let her bloode. for shee is payned in boath of her armes. backe y^t shee ca scarce remove her cloathes being a bed. 1598 Apr. 22. die ♄. h. 8. 6. mi. a swimming in the heade
