is very lame a yere & cānot styrre her legs & when the her legs are up, they cā hardly pull thē downe & when they are downe they will turne vp by snatches vp into her body wth great payne & is forced ever sinc shrovetuesday to keepe her bed. & when she is put into a chayre she must be bound to it or els her legs will dawe {sic} her out /in great extremity\
