RN Rich Kerby Miller of Newport 60 \56/ yeres old. long & grevously sick {filiu}s patre \{servus} Domino/ cū euꝯ {sic} consensu it hath held this 4 yeres by fits but this quarter of this yere held him sorely & keepeth home some days his bed in his fit & then abroad. a payne in his hart wth a sighing black coloured very fat of his face but wth this sicknes shrunk in his bodye & legs.
