RN Margery Brightwell w^thout fath^r & moth^r this 11 yeres. of Milton Kenes. 40 yeres old. a meaden vnmarid & kept of almes by the towne. sick ever sinc Alhalloutide. loketh leane & yellowe & pineth as in a cōsumption & bendeth double. 27 of March. die ♂. h 2. p m. 1599. shee came yesterday die ☾ h. 12. but 26 of March but then I could not speak w^th her.

RN Mary Knight of Newport 12 yeres old at Easter Deafe this 8 yeres. for 4 yeres well. hearethe very hardly & at some times heareth better thē other her eares run & then shee heareth best shee came w^th her mother this 12 of Decēb^r die ♂ h. 10 12. 39. 1598. of a very pale Colour. a drye huske & a bad stomack breaketh & {illeg}|out &| looketh ill.

RN Iohn Ellys of Gothurst borne the 7 of feb. die ☿ betwixt 5. & {sic} 4 & 5 ant m. 1599 a child wond^rfully cōsum{ed} in body & face. moth^r came w^th him Apr. 3. die ♂ 11. 10. m ant m. 1599.

RN Iohn Robinson of Astwood very sick this monethe of 6 yeres cōplayneth of his harte very white & pale & leane growen w^th it. Asc: may the 17 die ♃ h. 10. 30. ant m. 1599. mater  filio. sine consensu |Elisabeth Burgo a maide to bespeake it. 6 {sic} of 60. kept of almes.|

RN Iohn Robinson of 5 y. old looketh very pale & is very sore & tender. came in his own son. brought by his fa^thr {sic} & mo^thr {sic} may the 19 die ♄. ter her {sic}. 3. 1599

RN M^res Androwes very sicke at the hart ready to die last night: water reasonable good full of scales & motes. sigheth mutch in her sleepe: se thincketh shee shall die suddenly. sent to me this 28 of feb. die ☿ h. 11. 15. 1599. looketh very pale & white. hath whit the {whites}

RN Elisabeth White \h {sic} of the red lion./ 29|8|. maried this 8 yeres her youngest child is weaned. of Newport a paine in her hed & looketh very ill. not hart sicke very pale. her water a yellowe puddle thick water shee knoweth not wheath^r shee brea|e|d child or noe amisse this weeke. 22 of March. die ♃. h. 8. 15. ant m. 1599.

RN Amy Whetstone of Cranfeild 48. hath had a wonderfull sore of her flowers for this 7 yeres, & mutch in her backe & feareth lest her kidneyes be wasted May the 9. die ☿ h. 9. 30 ant m. 1599.

RN Goody Greenes water of haversham brought to me 24 of may h. 6. 38. m p m. 1599 by Goody Hopkins shee hath a quotidian ague. & shivereth & shaketh wonderfully w^th it & loketh very pale w^th it & yet her wat^r very red.

RN Iohn Malins a yere & a quarter lacking a fortnight as it were pined in all her lims & bodye hed a poer bare creature. cannot sleepe not at any time in a moneth or fortnight but crye and Drinke mater adduxit se{cū} filiolā veret^r ne sit maleficio v^l veneficio afflictus. Decēb. 7. die ♃ hor. 3. 30. mi. 1598 very short winded.

RN Alce Bunts of hanslop. 23 yeres. a white thick muddish water. lyieth in her hed & b belly. her flesh is wasted away & {illeg}|b|urneth exceedingly. sick this moneth keepeth her bed. sore everywhere. March 12 the die ☾ h. 11 18. 1598.

RN Mary Nuby 28 of Grafton Lodge. for a rising at her stomack. her legs. Double vnd^r her faynt & feeble & pineth in her body & yet can earte {sic} had not her termes never sinc her sicknes almost for a yere. Ap. 25 die ☿ h 5. 30. p m. 1599 |cannot sleepe troubled w^th a great cough at night.|
