RN Alce Rawlings nata 1593. August. 19 die ☉. h. 5 post m in Linford. this child betwixt 5 & 6. shee was very sick & the vse of her tounge taken away 1598.

RN An Paule of Olny 40 yeres had a Child 6 weekes afore Miklemas had a noth^r husband before sick never well sinc shee was layd w^th her last Child tock her w^th a swelling in her right legge quærit the 14 of Decēb^r. kepeth not her bed but is well by day but ill by night. die ♃. 14. h. 3. 6. 1598.

RN |1598| Alce Rawling the daught^r of will Rawling fell sicke. about munday morning about Iulij 10 die ☾. 7. 30 ant {sic} she speaketh idlely & is bereaved of her speache & tounge boathe. & wites.

RN William Downing \of filgrave/ of the his child Abigayle a yere & 3 quarters. old. very sick for 3 houre{s} when it taketh it at 2 a clock morning & at 12 it vomiteth whatsoever it taketh the Drinke & sucke it taketh & handleth very ill for the space of 3 houres Aug 27. die ☉ h. 3. 1598 quærit remediū it loketh pale as ashes at p philgrave.

RN An leach \60 yeres of age./ of Caucot would request me to send her some what for to remove that w^c lieth in her chest & shee is troubled w^th a stitch vnder her right side shee hath bene sick ever sinc midsomer. Aug. 31. die ♃ h. 10. ant m. 1598 a widowe woman.

RN An Miller of Newport. 30 yeres old married to a husband y^t maketh leape enquireth a remedy for her disease Septemb. 16 die ♄. h. 9. 55 ant. m. 1598. hath bene very sick this fortnight & keepeth her bed. 1598 & cannot stir but as she is helpen. a longe scouring and a palsy white water a bad hed.

RN Rich Travell servant t|o|f W. Martin of L Linford. 20 yeres old sick this fortnight almost & did kepe his bed for it munday & tuesday cōplayneth of his belly & hart. very desyrous to Drink & yet not hot. Oc cam him selfe to me. Octob. 6. die ♀ h. 3. 9. post m. 1598.
