RN Iohn Ockley of Dreiten snam of 28. sick ever sinc Candlemas. in his arres {sic} legs & back leeke an ague. March 28 die ☿ h. 10. 45. mi ant nn {sic} 1599.

RN Iohn Scriven of Hanslop. 46. a maried man had|th| a disease y^t holdeth him as an ague. & mutch Disquiteth him in his belly chest & head. very faynt & feeble & Did sweate mutch could not tary vp frō his bed a great griping in his belly Ap. 28 die ♄ h. 10. ant m. 1599.

RN An Bourton of Olny 26 yeres old. sick the ever sinc Lent tooke her in her hed hart & backe maried this 7 yeres had but on Child but y^t god hath taken to his mercy. {s} {sic} it holdeth her nowe as an ague shaking her every day. & hat sweateth & is very hot after the shaking & hath as it were a thing lūbring in her chest very corpulent faynt & very feeble. hath a very painfull cough ready to Drawe vp hart & hall w^th it & fetcheth blood very short winded. fetcheth vp fleume & water as cleare as a bell. RN Michaell Simpson of Woulverton 40 y. August 22 die ☿ h. 11. 15. ant m. 1599 it cōmeth on him as an ague payneth him in his chest back head. feareth wormes because he hath bene sore tormented.
