RN An Miller of Newport. 30 yeres old married to a husband y^t maketh leape enquireth a remedy for her disease Septemb. 16 die ♄. h. 9. 55 ant. m. 1598. hath bene very sick this fortnight & keepeth her bed. 1598 & cannot stir but as she is helpen. a longe scouring and a palsy white water a bad hed.

RN Ihone Nelson of Mowlsoe 52 yeres having taken a smay because her husband on a time beating her mead for denying of y^t w^c her husband knew to the contrary, shee bearing of the blowes when her husband strook her it fortuned w^thin a while after the servant Died & the mother of y^t ser child sayd shee would never live vntill shee had hanged him for killing of his {sic} Daughter sinc w^c time shee ever vomiteth blacke soote every day for this twelfmoneths. 14 yeres agoe. or therabout her servant beaten died. shee loseth of her beastꝭ & co kines fat & good on a sudden sinc yesterday shee yea & sometimes shee can make make {sic} no butter no phisicke will goe Downeward but vpward all & y^t as mutch w^thout phisick as w^th it. RN Rich: Bently of Newporte a day labourer. 60 yeres. cannot rest all night criyeth out on his harte. feareth y^t he hath taken a greefe. sick this fortnight. on a sunday next wilbe fortnight on his hed hart & bones Martij 22. die ♃. h. 9 1599.

RN Isbell Linwell servant to Thomas Buncher of Paulus Perrye 30 yeres old nor fath^r nor moth^r a hie colourd wate woman & sweateth hart swollen in the body & legs. & chest faynte y^t shee can do no worke hed & hart beateth. 27 of March die ♂ h. 1. 30 p m. 1599. short winded hath bene amisse this 3 weekꝭ {wak}heth

RN Lewis Vppne 42. for {sic} in litle Brickwill. servant to M^r Fisher for an extreme payne about his navell y^t so payneth him y^t he can tak noe rest & four can scarc hold him down he casteth all vp & nothing will goe downward. very Costive & full of wind at the very navell. casteth vp his meate.
