enquireth wheath^r the pouder cōmended for a Curious medson be so excellent good & suff to be taken. cōpounded of gold & ☿ it draweth Downe all the Distems of the head into the stomack & then a clyster bringeth all downe or riddeth it quite¹

Comended by a gentlemā for a rare curious & admirable medson.

Who hearinge of a Chymist y^t Liued w^th y^e Earle of Arundell went to him & consulted w^th him touching his disease, vpon his relation how it was w^th me held him, he resolued him it was a Catarrhous humo^r w^ch if it were in short tyme remedyed would end in a Palsey or some such cold disease.

THe {sic} Chymist would giue him a powder or two, y^t shall giue him the one a vomitt thother a purge & afterwards would giue him a Pill y^t shall by degrees dry vp that humo^r in his head & keepe his body solluble also.
