RN Ellen Foster sore sick ever sinc her childe cannot take no drinke meate vomiteth vp all y^t shee taketh cannot quench her thirst swollen very big in her legs. now stolen vp to her hart on weddensday shalbe three weekes her child borne w^th out all greefe but mutch payned before & after & nev^r had Child before sent a woman to me for her Decēb. 31. h. 8. 35 m. 1598

RN William Hainsworth m^r Longw servant. 20. for his armes & leg an ache y^t lyeth in it very mutch knotted. for him selfe this 26 of Marche die ☾. h. 9. 55. 1599.

RN Ione Barnwell of husb. Crowlye 26 y. 3 weekes married. but was ill ever since Christmas & was wont to bleede at the nose \& mouth/ mutch looketh ill & hath a drye cough & shaketh her very mutch. her wat^r of a very good colour. shortwinded.
