RN Susan Blundell had a fit about 1 post m. in my howse her moth^r demaundeth the cause therof & about that time it taketh her in the day time. & about 6 a clock at night. Aug. 20 die ☉ h 1. p m. 1598.

RN Mathew Tedder of Newport at {M} 22^th of March next following {sic} of 39 at 22^th of March next following hath had a Disease following him any time this twellyeres. 9. 45|9| ant m Aug. 28 die ☾ h. 9. 45. {sic} 1598. he hath the rūning of the reanes w^c weakneth him so sore that he can scarce stand. his bac{k} exceeding ill. mutch troubled w^th it for this halfe yere.

Mash. the Septemb. 1. die ♀ ♄ {sic}. 8. 15. mi. but her husbande came to me about there marying at 6. 55 mi. & I maried thē about 8. {15}|39| mi. & my man would have forbidden the bands if he had knowen it & was very angry w^th me for y^t I told him not of it a litle before for shee had a peece of x^s of his w^c shee would not redeliver to him. he would have gone to lawe. Sept 1. die ♀ h. 8. 39 m 1598.

RN An Miller of Newport. 30 yeres old married to a husband y^t maketh leape enquireth a remedy for her disease Septemb. 16 die ♄. h. 9. 55 ant. m. 1598. hath bene very sick this fortnight & keepeth her bed. 1598 & cannot stir but as she is helpen. a longe scouring and a palsy white water a bad hed.
