Mr Adrian sicke wth his physicke on monday last and tooke none since he sleepes not well, is growen weake and his waxen kernells remayne. / my Lady thinkꝭ that if he continue so it will bring him to a consumption She desyres to have some course for mr willm Fortescue 10 y. wch hath also an Itche.
