& when she was a leaven yers old fortnight before Christmas going to wash reasons & reaching after a skillet w^ch fell out of her hand she fell into a pond & was p^rsently Drowned/

RN Mary Parret of Throp came to know my counsell. it drooped on fryday but did not mutch cōplayne vntill 3 houres before it dyed. on weddensdaye it did cast before it & did scoure also. a weeke before it dyed it voyded wormes./

heavy of sleepe forsooke his food sayd he might not tell his moth^r where he was sicke cōplayned vnder his eares but no thing was seene./

RN Mres Gybbs died may 28 ♃ h. 4. p m 1618

RN Iohn Richardson of Hav^rshā 3 50 y sept 29 12 1618 he died the next day.¹
