RN Thom Marsholl enquireth for his Daught^r martha a yere old who hath bene payned & troubled w^th a Dire cough & pined & cōsumed in her body mutch coveteth meate but can not Digest it. Aug. 10. die ♃ h. 9. 9. mi. of Newport.

RN Frauncis Marshall of Newport very strangly can scarce speake, only maketh signes for water to coole her her mouth is furred white w^th extreeme heate taketh her Drinke by a quill. first bound but y^t I gave her vnbound her nowe in a laske & extreeme hot & drye Decēb. 12. die ♂ h. 9. 30. mi ant m 1598. troubled in her sleepe.

RN Thomas Dudly nowe 5 yeres old next miklemas natus erat Sept 15. die ☉ h 1. p m. hath his health well & eateth his meate. about harvest last began to have a rising in his throte ready to stop his wind & speach in always when he beginneth to sleepe then it hath held him sinc miklemas the last time it tooke him it bete him on friday last. going to sleepe. ready to skreame & skrike in the fit.

RN Iohn Orrish about a & {sic} hundred yeres old a poer Carpenter of Woulson he hath never sinc friday evening ma{illeg} made water. being the fir{st} of Septemb. at 9. nowe seeketh a remedy this 5 of Sept the Daught^r for the fath^r but w^th hi{s} consent. he is nowe sw{ol}len & casteth vp his mea{te} & drink. he cannot pisse 1598. 8. 15. ant m die ♂ h. 8. 15. RN Iohn Becham of 6 yeres old or 7. about wheate harvest or first lad{ye} this child is troubled w^th a Cough & hoping so sore y^t it forceth him to cast vp his meate. he hath a good stomack to eate & digest his meate but his cough fetcheth all vp againe from the bottome of his belly. pater  filio sine consensu. November 28 die ♂ h. 9. 1598.

RN Ihone Smith for her Daught^r who hath voyded 19 wormes & Doth vomit vp every thing it tooke her againe on friday last Decēb. 12. die ♂ h. 8. 15. ant m. 1598. a good water but full of cloudes.

RN Robart Kent of Walton 2 yeres old. on friday afore Christmas. about 11. 30. mi. consumed to nothing had a bunch vppon his thiges {sic} broken out & pined any face the best t of him. RN Will: Boughton of Paulus Pery: 4 yeres old or therabout. sicke ever sinc lent. tooke it first w^th a shivering & after burned mutch. nowe hathe Cough. last sunday was neere dead. may the 10 die ♃ h. 8. ant m. 1599.

RN Goody Malins the grandmoth^r for the child almost a yere halfe a yere old Ianuary|’| 18 die ♀ h. 10. 45. ant m 1600 costive went not to stoole since tuesd last. Doth cast vp her meate.

RN Iohn Windmill of Yardly Gubbin a twelmoneth old & as mutch as candelmas the sunday after candlemas. came & brought her Child y^t was payned in the body & had divers fi strange fits. but before it tooke it had a fit of an ague before it. not v this beating & panting began on friday night w^th a quivering & shakings of the belly & armes Apr. 10. die ♂ h. 7. ant m. 1599 goeth had|r|d to grounde cryeth
