RN Mathew Tedder of Newport at {M} 22th of March next following {sic} of 39 at 22th of March next following hath had a Disease following him any time this twellyeres. 9. 45|9| ant m Aug. 28 die h. 9. 45. {sic} 1598. he hath the rūning of the reanes wc weakneth him so sore that he can scarce stand. his bac{k} exceeding ill. mutch troubled wth it for this halfe yere.
