RN About {s} {sic} this tyme on of Hanslop \Throp/ came for a wench of 18 y for the falling sicknes w^ch tooke physick of docter Butler. Sept. sept {sic} 10 h {sic} hor 10. 25 ant m 1614.

but she went away because I was not at home./

Richard Risely a very feare child & of a goodly cōplexion was borne 1597. the 10 of Aprill. die ☉ h. 3. ant m. 1597. came to me Decēb. 29 die ♀ – h. 9. 30. cū vxore et filiolo. borne at willing.
