RN An Bourton of Olny 26 yeres old. sick the ever sinc Lent tooke her in her hed hart & backe maried this 7 yeres had but on Child but y^t god hath taken to his mercy. {s} {sic} it holdeth her nowe as an ague shaking her every day. & hat sweateth & is very hot after the shaking & hath as it were a thing lūbring in her chest very corpulent faynt & very feeble. hath a very painfull cough ready to Drawe vp hart & hall w^th it & fetcheth blood very short winded. fetcheth vp fleume & water as cleare as a bell. RN Iohn Risely of Rawnstyn 63|7|. {sic} 67. hath bene sick on weddensday last 6 weekes sound in body but bursten this 16 weekes. he was wont to be troubled w^th a wind Cholick. nowe last of l {sic} all w^th an issue on his navell eaten in an Inche deepe but nowe growen vp againe saving that it hath a litle hole in it w^c when they went to stoppe it put him in danger of death. sent his sonne to me he kepeth his bed nowe & then payned in his back & pricking & shooting in his navell {virs} an end. bleedeth every foote & wetteth a handkerchir. Decemb. 18. die ☾. h. 8. 40: mi. 1598. goeth ill to ground

RN Mr Turveys \of Wicken/ vomyt gave him eight reasonable grat vomits. his purge gave him 6 stooles on vomyt & aftr his vomyt some 3 stooles more more bound after his physick hath bene let blood. & it was very blue full of melancholy blood sinc his letting blood his wynd collicke \in his/ backe & syde mutch eased. & nowe cōplayneth as before w^th a rūning humour in his feete & desyres when tyme shall serve to blede them.

RN Iohn Thorpe of Newport mutch troubled w^th an itch & bleach of a waterish humour. taken w^th a surfet as he imagineth a hot stomack & troubled w^th a salte or a sweete re{eume} y^t he spitteth a qua pint of water {illeg}|a|t a time. most cōplayneth of an itch. water very good some white flecks & cloudes. RN Goody Reede of Broughton 63. yeres old sick very extreme sick on satterday last leekely to have dien being the 7. of octob. & then recovered again & fell sick agayne vppon tuesday after. being the 10 of Octob. sent to me vppon thursday being the 12 of octob. it taketh all above the gyrdell first in the shoulders to the brest & so to the hart her sydes wher it so lyeth as that on may tak out thenc as shee thinketh 1598. h die ♃ h. 8. 30. mi. 1598.
