RN Richard Foster of Dunsainger 48 yeres. Ian. 8 die ♂ h 11. ant m. 1600. it rūneth leeke a bloode vp into his ioyntꝭ into his armes & belly w^th a pricking & into his head & then his eyes runne & in the raines of his backe & out of his yarde matter white rūneth. the rūning of the reanes.

RN Iohn Connyngham 7 yeres old satterday sennet after miklemas daye sick this 12 moneth. cōplayneth most of his hed & hath a weake stomack. was wonte to have white water leeke dregs of a tub. very thick of a pale & whitish Colour. a longe visage. Decēb. 4. h. 11. the child came hither.

RN at this time Mary Pen of Straford sent me her water. w^ch was full of motes & scales & had gravell in the bottome. her former phisick I gave her wrought vpward. hath a great gydines at in her heade hart feeble bellye.
