RN Chrystopher Abraham the lady Dickbyes fowl{er} {sic} fowler: 38 y mayed {sic} dwelling in Stockgolding febr. 13 h. 1. p m. 1617 /was prsent him selfe.\

The lady Dickby wrote a kynd letter in ye behalfe of this mā troubled in mynd & seemeth very desyrous of my prsenc gods holy name be blessed febr. 13 h. 1. p m 1617.
