RW Beniamin Hubbins of Astwood y. 26. d. ☾ h: 1: p: m: Novemb. 20 1620. swelled in his left leg: yesterday his right leg was swelled but now it is come into his left leg: payned in his left eare, & so downewards. had a purge 10 dayes since w^ch wrought well & he was much the better for it: now worse then he was. complayneth more of heate then of colde then of heate. did complayne at the first more of heate then of colde. cannot sleepe.

RN Iohn Richardson of newp 48 y. had a third ague a yere & better. 5 y sinc & neaver well sinc. & now sorely payned in his right leg w^thout any swelling a bad stomack short wynded was wont to bleed mutch. & is very faynt & reareth blood & did bleed mutch at nose is aguish red & thick. very extreme faynt & weake & did swound last sonday. eateth litle./ extreme short wȳded

RN Suddenly taken in his \right/ arme the vse taken away payned in the throate swelled w^th a cough & taken w^th strong & strang fits & is very hot in his fits w^ch continue above halfe a day feb. 17 ☉ h. 12. p m. 1628

RN M^r Anderton taken w^th a fore flatulent melanch. passion w^th a sore beating of his stomack ill after meate & after his first sleepe eating very litle at all tyme a bad Digest stomack full of wynd & choler was taken w^th a sore fit Decēb. 11 ♃ h. 12. 30 p m. 1629|8|. 1628.
