RN Iohn Risely of Rawnstyn 63|7|. {sic} 67. hath bene sick on weddensday last 6 weekes sound in body but bursten this 16 weekes. he was wont to be troubled w^th a wind Cholick. nowe last of l {sic} all w^th an issue on his navell eaten in an Inche deepe but nowe growen vp againe saving that it hath a litle hole in it w^c when they went to stoppe it put him in danger of death. sent his sonne to me he kepeth his bed nowe & then payned in his back & pricking & shooting in his navell {virs} an end. bleedeth every foote & wetteth a handkerchir. RN Iohn Phylip sick ever sinc thursday being the 30 of Decēb \novemb/ sent to me agayne the 4 of Decemb sick very greevously in his hart & body he is swelled in his body from the belly vnto his hart. he is Costive & so hath cōtinued ever sinc thursday last & is very exceeding ill & weeke. Decēber. 4. \die ☾./ h: 9. 15. ant m. 1598 his hart \is good/ & his tonge talketh cheerf but his body swelled.

RN my lady came \Maunsell/ showed me her wat^r Ian 24 ♀ h 10. 30 ant m. 1606. who was at my lady Chaynes howse at Drayton 35 y. a long visage leane & yellowish full of melanch. long sick & casteth every foote mutch reds. &|w|^ch trouble her mutch. & cōtinew long also whitꝭ but the {sic} weaken not yet have cōtinewed longe w^ch come 3 days before the red. casteth mutch faynt & feeble mutch wynd costive /Lady Maunsell. 35 y.\
