RN Alce Bunts of hanslop. 23 yeres. a white thick muddish water. lyieth in her hed & b belly. her flesh is wasted away & {illeg}|b|urneth exceedingly. sick this moneth keepeth her bed. sore everywhere. March 12 the die ☾ h. 11 18. 1598.

RN Agnes Parsons of Broughton. 12 yers old. hed f & armes and legs payned prick as nedles fearfull tymorous hed & backe 11. 15. mi. 1599 very hot burning. a meaden vnmaried

RN William Tomson of 12 yeres on a friday a moneth afore Miklemas quærit valde ægrotat ventre. 6 of novemb. it tooke him on 2 of novemb. die ♃ in the morning. he it cometh & taketh him by fits & & {sic} ariseth vp in his stomack he could not take his meate. but would vomit vp but y^t is stayd & troubleth his hed but most his belly burneth wonderfully cannot eate. Iane Osburne of Olny of 35. for a sore back & hart best in the her bed. & nowe taketh her by fits. & burning & sweating. & aches y^t it maketh her sweate shee feareth lest it be her sicknes y^t lyeth at her harte. goeth hard to ground. her child half a yere old. had not her courses nev^r sinc shee was last w^th child & soe shee is nev^r vseth to have thē but frō child to Child. looketh yellowe. RN Agnes Astill: otherwise Miller of Newport 40. yees {sic} old miserablely handled in her lims & ded poer & lowe brought. sent her this 26 feb: die ☾. h. 9. 15. mi. 1599. burneth & is full of blisters & itches.

RN Thomas Gardner of Dunsanger of 62 yeres old y^t pissed blood & was mended by the herbꝭ y^t I sent him in a receipte. sinc y^t time had on Waly who hath w^th his Clisters Done him litle good but is swollen in his belly w^c is growen very harde. & mutch payned in his share & can make but a litle water halfe a sponefull at a time would knowe wheath^r leekly to die or live. went not to ground sinc munday last about 12 a clocke sent to me this 18 of Apr. die ☿. h. 7. ant m 1599 burneth in his yarde.

RN Mres Cony of Newporte. for the heate & burning of her face pimpled a lean spare woman feareth the heate of her liver. Novemb 30. die ♃ h. 2. 45 mi p m. 1598. with child neere her time & well delivered

RN Margarey francling of Emmerton 55 yeres old for the paynes & anguish of her eyes. Sept. 29 die ♀ h. 8. 20. mi 1598 her eyes are watrish and troubled w^th burning water

RN Will Knight tooke his sicknes die {illeg} Ian 4 die Ian. {sic} 5. die ♀ h. 3. in aur. very evill handled w^th sicknes vomiteth hath a rising in his stomack leeke an apostume ready to stoppe his breath. burneth very mutch thirsty & drye. 1599.
