RN Thomas Marchell of Newport 34 yeres old. (Frauncis Marchell of Newport \24. yeres old./ very sicke ever sinc tuesday night at 8 & 30 mi p m. tooke her sicknes nowe & then vp but cannot stay vp. Decemb. 1 die ♀ h. 4 45. 1598. cū consensu serva  domina.

RN Frauncis Marshall of Newport very strangly can scarce speake, only maketh signes for water to coole her her mouth is furred white w^th extreeme heate taketh her Drinke by a quill. first bound but y^t I gave her vnbound her nowe in a laske & extreeme hot & drye Decēb. 12. die ♂ h. 9. 30. mi ant m 1598. troubled in her sleepe.

RN Mres Androwes of Broughton sent to me againe the 13 of decēb. die ☿ h. 9. 30 ant m. her former phisick I gave her wrought well w^th her. 1598. it cometh out of her mouth in great abundanc leeke cleare hot water.

RN An Paule of Olny 40 yeres had a Child 6 weekes afore Miklemas had a noth^r husband before sick never well sinc shee was layd w^th her last Child tock her w^th a swelling in her right legge quærit the 14 of Decēb^r. kepeth not her bed but is well by day but ill by night. die ♃. 14. h. 3. 6. 1598.
