RN An Bourton of Olny 26 yeres old. sick the ever sinc Lent tooke her in her hed hart & backe maried this 7 yeres had but on Child but y^t god hath taken to his mercy. {s} {sic} it holdeth her nowe as an ague shaking her every day. & hat sweateth & is very hot after the shaking & hath as it were a thing lūbring in her chest very corpulent faynt & very feeble. hath a very painfull cough ready to Drawe vp hart & hall w^th it & fetcheth blood very short winded. fetcheth vp fleume & water as cleare as a bell. Ap. 25 die ☿. h. 8. 30. mi ant m. 1599. hath a very sore ague every day y^t maketh her sweate exceedingly. hath not had this moneth her Courses sinc shee voyded a litle porreng^r of clompered bloode/

RN Mary Nuby 28 of Grafton Lodge. for a rising at her stomack. her legs. Double vnd^r her faynt & feeble & pineth in her body & yet can earte {sic} had not her termes never sinc her sicknes almost for a yere. Ap. 25 die ☿ h 5. 30. p m. 1599 |cannot sleepe troubled w^th a great cough at night.|

RN Richard Māning of Hartwell 20 yeres sick this 7 weekes & can doe not doe any thing taketh him leeke an ague & when it cōmeth w^th a shaking colde & going away it maketh him as it were blind it so troubleth his hed. sent this 18 of Apr: die ☿ h. 1. 2|1|5. m pnn {sic} 1599.

RN Williā Palmer bereaved of his sences sometimes {t}alketh well & discreetely sometimes very f vainly & foolishly: vseth to lie a bed for the space of a moneth of 26 yeres of Grounden. h {sic} a batchelor this 2 yeres. he gave his word for xx^li & Driven to pay it some suppose this to have crased his minde. RN Iohn Stubly 22. of Shenly complayneth of his guts & the gnawing of his navell & he voyded a worme. black & longe. he lyeth vppon the ground on his belly cannot tak any rest Apr. 6. die ♀ h. 10. 20 1599. wat^r good. a {sic} bl ruddy coloured & nowe pale coloured. the spice of it this 2 yeres.

RN Iohn Thorpe of Newport mutch troubled w^th an itch & bleach of a waterish humour. taken w^th a surfet as he imagineth a hot stomack & troubled w^th a salte or a sweete re{eume} y^t he spitteth a qua pint of water {illeg}|a|t a time. most cōplayneth of an itch. water very good some white flecks & cloudes.
