RN Rich Perry of haversham. 24 hath a spice of the apoplexie. Apr. 3 die ♃ h. 7. |15| ant 1600. he had his d{ro}|is|ease last night aft^r 12 of the clock in his bed.

RN Iohn Kilpine of Northe Crowly 23. yeres old sent vnto me for his disease who hath bene troubled w^th a falling sicknes who fometh very litle but Drouleth. who falleth when it taketh him on his backe & |st|retcheth him selfe a {sic} & p^rsently riseth again & is well. as often as any thing hitteth him or stūbleth or at meate if any thinge feareth him it come as it were by a frightment Maij 5. die ♄. h. 9 ant m. 1599. very desirous his father should come.

RN M^res Williams of Piddington the vicars wife hath had the falling sicknes this 16 yeres. sent her selfe vnto me the 31 of decēb^r. die ☾. h. p m: h. 5. 30 p m. 1599.

The fellowe met me thē at Staunton but brought her wat^r the 1 of Ianiary die ♂ h. 8. ant m. 1599 {sic} & shewed then the bill that contayned her disease. 1599 {sic}

RN Susan Blundell 1597. feb. 12 die ♄. h in med. noct. 12. 30. m. was evilly handled of her disease. & it first toke her. in the night ready to choake her. /she became as a naturall chaingling. before she dyed & died in y^t sort\¹

RN Mathew Tedder of Newport at {M} 22^th of March next following {sic} of 39 at 22^th of March next following hath had a Disease following him any time this twellyeres. 9. 45|9| ant m Aug. 28 die ☾ h. 9. 45. {sic} 1598. he hath the rūning of the reanes w^c weakneth him so sore that he can scarce stand. his bac{k} exceeding ill. mutch troubled w^th it for this halfe yere.

RN Iohn Warren troubled w^th his old disease of the syde holding him like a plurisy Iuly 4 ♀ h. 7. 28 ant m 1623

RN Edmund Hauckings of Newport 47|8| yeres old came to me reasonable well for ought I could ceave amisse & not sound in body any time 10 yees {sic} commonly at this time of the yeare but taketh him at Alhollantide & holdeth him vnto the springe of the yeare. came for my consell him selfe this 15 of Decemb^r die ♀ h. 9. 54. 1598. of a high reddish Colour of a black hed & beard. this disease hath greeved him a Chilly Cold in his hed.

RN Goodmā Miles came to my howse for Iohn Leach y^t was sicke & ill diseased in his hed & an ague w^th it Decēb. 5|4| ☿ h. 4. 30 p m 1605.

RN Alce Denton of haversham 36. maried this 10 yeres 3 children last childe had a yere & more agoe feareth lest shee have taken a cold w^th a nurcing child an old Disease ever since shee was a servant a great payne at her harte, doth vomit ever sinc shee was maried {b} twice or thrice in a yere but very mutch this last weeke & never well vntill shee have it vp, els very sicke. a pert woman. sent to me by her husband this 17 of Decēb. die ☉. 9 – 18.. 1598.. best a bed.
