RN S^r Robert sent me a letter touching his Disease w^ch he taketh to be the Strangullion & not the stone Sept: 21. ☿ h. 5 p m 1631

desyrous to know what it is.

RN Mathew Tedder of Newport at {M} 22^th of March next following {sic} of 39 at 22^th of March next following hath had a Disease following him any time this twellyeres. 9. 45|9| ant m Aug. 28 die ☾ h. 9. 45. {sic} 1598. he hath the rūning of the reanes w^c weakneth him so sore that he can scarce stand. his bac{k} exceeding ill. mutch troubled w^th it for this halfe yere.

RN Rich Perry of haversham. 24 hath a spice of the apoplexie. Apr. 3 die ♃ h. 7. |15| ant 1600. he had his d{ro}|is|ease last night aft^r 12 of the clock in his bed.

RN Thomas Knols m^r Androwes servant & clarke 23 y very sick of y^e iaundes Iune 10 die ♂ h. 9. 45. ant m. 1600

RN Iohn Kilpine of Northe Crowly 23. yeres old sent vnto me for his disease who hath bene troubled w^th a falling sicknes who fometh very litle but Drouleth. who falleth when it taketh him on his backe & |st|retcheth him selfe a {sic} & p^rsently riseth again & is well. as often as any thing hitteth him or stūbleth or at meate if any thinge feareth him it come as it were by a frightment Maij 5. die ♄. h. 9 ant m. 1599. very desirous his father should come.

RN M^res Katherin Ardes of lathbury of i9. for her diseases. & especially for her whitꝭ. May the 8. die ♂ h. 9. 10. ant m. 1599.

RN An Greene of haversham. 26. hath bene long sick ever sinc her last Child came in her owne son. this 8 of may die ♂ h. 3. p m. 1599. /troubled w^th a mighty shaking ague.\

RN M^r Porter minister of Weston Vnderwood of 27. a batcheler. sicke of an agewe. a staffordsheere man Aug. 20 die ☾. h. 10 15. ant m. 1599.

RN M^res Williams of Piddington the vicars wife hath had the falling sicknes this 16 yeres. sent her selfe vnto me the 31 of decēb^r. die ☾. h. p m: h. 5. 30 p m. 1599.

The fellowe met me thē at Staunton but brought her wat^r the 1 of Ianiary die ♂ h. 8. ant m. 1599 {sic} & shewed then the bill that contayned her disease. 1599 {sic}

RN Robart Dēnet sick of an ague of 3 y. of husband Crawly Ian. 5. die ♄ h. 3 50 m p m 1600 /can rest no where so vexed.\

RN Susan Blundell 1597. feb. 12 die ♄. h in med. noct. 12. 30. m. was evilly handled of her disease. & it first toke her. in the night ready to choake her. /she became as a naturall chaingling. before she dyed & died in y^t sort\¹

RN nary {sic} farnell  morbo. 1597 Aug. 18. a mead of 18. h die ♃. h 6^ta – 18. m. post merid: a meaden of 18 yeres of age.¹

RN Mres Price of Clyfton sent for me to come to her. being sick of an \burninge/ ague Decemb. 20. ☾ hor. 8. ant m. 1602.

RN Richardson my mans brother in law of Newport very sicke as it is thought of the plaugue septemb. the 7 of ♀ hor. 6. 38 ant m. 1604.

RN Mary Turner of Ashwell 15 y Octob. 2. h {sic} hor 7. ant m 1630.
