RN was taken 24. Sept ♃ h. 9. ant m. 1618. about the left syde somewhat vnder the chest like an ach. mutch payning him

GJ Willm̄ Ruffehead of this howse. For his extreame headache and heat of his stomacke Apr. 16. ♄ ho 8. 40 a m. 1603.

RN Iohn Risely of Rawnstyn 63|7|. {sic} 67. hath bene sick on weddensday last 6 weekes sound in body but bursten this 16 weekes. he was wont to be troubled w^th a wind Cholick. nowe last of l {sic} all w^th an issue on his navell eaten in an Inche deepe but nowe growen vp againe saving that it hath a litle hole in it w^c when they went to stoppe it put him in danger of death. sent his sonne to me he kepeth his bed nowe & then payned in his back & pricking & shooting in his navell {virs} an end. bleedeth every foote & wetteth a handkerchir. Decemb. 18. die ☾. h. 8. 40: mi. 1598. goeth ill to ground
