RN Thomas Bartom. 15 yeres sick this 5 weekes. nothing will tary w^th him for this fortnight lyeth in his hed light headed. Martij 8. die ♃. h. 9. 10. 1599. at Newport.

his fath^r moved a question at the same time or a quart^r after 9. for a payne in his knee w^c was broken his thigh was broken quite thorough & nowe the paine is fallen into his knee pan & is swollen.

RN Agnes Parsons of Broughton. 12 yers old. hed f & armes and legs payned prick as nedles fearfull tymorous hed & backe 11. 15. mi. 1599 very hot burning. a meaden vnmaried

RN Iohn Trueman of Willing i9 come lāmas. hath a swellinge in his legs fallen downe lately w^thin this sennet his \belly & body/ was before swollen. he hath taken phisick this 4 yeres. & hath taken Drinkꝭ of many & of M^r Glover of Northampton. Drinkes losing him y^t hath had taken a diet losing Drinke for 3 days fasting & had 2 cakes & hath in a day. his excrementꝭ looke white & his face & eyes all yellowe but a fully faced youthe. 24 of Apr. die ♂ h. 9. 30 p m {sic}. 1599. cathed it w^th a wet & cold. faynt & feeble.

RN William Tomson of 12 yeres on a friday a moneth afore Miklemas quærit valde ægrotat ventre. 6 of novemb. it tooke him on 2 of novemb. die ♃ in the morning. he it cometh & taketh him by fits & & {sic} ariseth vp in his stomack he could not take his meate. but would vomit vp but y^t is stayd & troubleth his hed but most his belly burneth wonderfully cannot eate. RN Amy Hoding of Addington 18 yeres of age. never had her couse {sic}. lyeth in her hed & chest & soppeth {sic} her eares. swollen in her feete & morning in her face & & eys & avoydeth bloode vpward d|A|pr. die ☾ h. 2. 15. m p m. 1599.

RN Will. Grene venit ad me quærens morbū 1597 Martij 8. die ♂ h. 12. 30 m. after noone he had a sore legg wounded & broken w^th a coggle. his principall disease his leg is swollen & ranckled.

RN An Middleton 10 yeres old a week afore Miklemas sick miserablely handled w^th her fits. the 20 of decemb^r die ☿ at 6 in the morning. borne the 12 of Decēb. 1588. die ♃ betwixt 1. & 2 morning. her fathr {sic} enquireth what may be the cause of her disease. in her owne p^rsence. the 5 of feb: die ☾. h. 7. 30. ant m. 1599. of a white pale colour leane wellooking water very good. every day many fits. & on friday & weddensday. it maketh her knock stamp strick her hands a great cough /this figure I set in there p^rsence.\

RN Harry Goodin taken lame in his left leg not swollen he cannot styrre his right side. in his leg & huck bone he layd in the fild Downe & being hote tooke a colde. this day or monday was sennet 17 d 16 last Christmas eve. 1598. pater  filio et filius oravit patrē. vt me consulet  morbo. Octob. 29 die ☉ h. 1. 1598. it took him in the fild as if it were prickt with nales. he cryeth out whē it is touched.

RN Hugh Tomson  filio williā qui graviter ægrotat who he supposeth to be taken or planet stroken because he is so sorely handled w^th it in his chest & syde and & {sic} cannot to ground & \nor/ make water. he could not sleepe all this last night. Novēber. the 9 die ♃ h. 6 9 ant m. 1598.

RN Alce Richardson of 15 yeres for a swelling vnder her throte & the side of her cheeke Martij 9 her nose very sore & her hed & stomack hot. Martij 9. die ♀ h. 9. 48 1599. in her owne son a p^rty bloody coloured wench

RN M^res Blundell sent to me to come to Her daughter Susan about 12 yeres old who layd speechles for a weeke & after wardꝭ spak a worde or two. who h is troubled day & night w^th diverse fittꝭ & hath falleth often & nowe hath no vse of hed necke legs handꝭ or {sic} an but only of her eyes & yet eateth & hath a good colour. 1598 Ian die 20. die ♀ h: post merid. 1. 45.

RN Phyllis Pedder of Potters Perry of a 11 yeres old. sick on mūday first. then teeethe {sic} hed hart. cannot speak. came to speachles ever sinc noone. her broth^r came for her. Martij 2i. die ☿. h. 2. 30. p m. 1599.

RN Frauncis Longvile of 10 yeres old. very sick in his body sent his water this 27 of Apr. die ♀ h. 9. 52. ant m. 1599. stiffe of his legs & armes.

RN Will: Hulb|l|e of Newporte 18 on the sunday before lāmas. came him selfe to be purged for his hed & watering eyes & hevines of his hed. & eyes. maij 2. die ☿ h. 5. p. m. 1599 ever sinc Easter.

RN Ione Norman of Shenly of 15 yeres. maij 3. die ♃ h. 2. p m. 1599. mutch hath a great stitch in her left syde & bleedeth at the nose. sick a weeke. cannot tary vp. had a sick night./
