RN Ione freeman of Newp v 17 y. very sicke. sore at the hart & hath a thing arising in her throat ready to stop her winde & was almost dead last night & cryeth & taketh & sayth shee shall dye may the 15. die ♂ h. 11. 12. m. ant m. 1599. & of her thighes. every where a pricking of her {hart}

RN Rich Vmny otherwise Carter. about 3 quart^rs of a yere sick & taketh his hart thenc ariseth to his chest ready to stop his winde. rattle in his throote w^th fleume & water & a great aking of his hart & the bones of his arme. cannot take his winde so stopped in his chest & stomack the 16 of March. die ♀. h. 7. 10. 1599.

RN fayth Gibbes of Wicken 46. amisse in her sinewes cannot gripe any thing w^th her hands so feeble & weake sometimes in hir feete & knees all swollen & keepe there naturall colour. of a good cōplex. & light harte. sent to me this 26 of Ap. h. 9. 30. ant m. 1599. a great paine in her armes. could not cut her meate.

RN Oliver Whiting of Bedford troubled w^th an ach in huckbone left side taketh it to be a sciatica. & thenc to his back & inside of his share came w^th a cold or a listing as he thincketh more hot & then cold. 60 yeres old. came him selfe the 28 of feb. die ☿ h. 10. 3 20|i5| ant m. 1599. RN Thomas Bartom. 15 yeres sick this 5 weekes. nothing will tary w^th him for this fortnight lyeth in his hed light headed. Martij 8. die ♃. h. 9. 10. 1599. at Newport.

his fath^r moved a question at the same time or a quart^r after 9. for a payne in his knee w^c was broken his thigh was broken quite thorough & nowe the paine is fallen into his knee pan & is swollen.

RN Williā Lovely of Newport 60. greeped & tormented at the harte ready to make him selfe away & of his brest: the 15 of Martij die ♃. h. 9 metuit venefic: 1599 hed & face swelleth.

RN Susan Commendall 27. not well this 7 or 8 yeres: benūmed in her lims legs. armes. backe. a hevines in her hed. March 19. die ☾. h. 10. 15. 1599.

RN William Berde 54 yers old of Potters Perye. sick on weddensday last keepeth his bed vp & downe can not rest. sent to me his sonne 26 of March die ☾ h. 8. 30. mi. ant m. 1599. sick at hart & stomack ill. very hot. a great stitch & cough & reaneth mutch fleune {sic}.

RN Agnes Parsons of Broughton. 12 yers old. hed f & armes and legs payned prick as nedles fearfull tymorous hed & backe 11. 15. mi. 1599 very hot burning. a meaden vnmaried

RN Alce White of Milton of 5i. at Candlemas a longe time ill by fits. & was had the stone cholick. 7 yeres since nowe in her lims share. harte. & legs back w^th a pricking. March 30 die ♀ h. 8. 15. 1599

RN Raynold Davyes broth^rs {sic} wife very sick w^th a cold taken vppon a heate in his brest stomack hed. & belly cannot sleepe Easter dy {sic} Apr. 8 die ☉ h. 6. 45. ant m 1599.

RN Thomas Gardner of Dunsanger of 62 yeres old y^t pissed blood & was mended by the herbꝭ y^t I sent him in a receipte. sinc y^t time had on Waly who hath w^th his Clisters Done him litle good but is swollen in his belly w^c is growen very harde. & mutch payned in his share & can make but a litle water halfe a sponefull at a time would knowe wheath^r leekly to die or live. went not to ground sinc munday last about 12 a clocke sent to me this 18 of Apr. die ☿. h. 7. ant m 1599 burneth in his yarde.

RN Iohn Trueman of Willing i9 come lāmas. hath a swellinge in his legs fallen downe lately w^thin this sennet his \belly & body/ was before swollen. he hath taken phisick this 4 yeres. & hath taken Drinkꝭ of many & of M^r Glover of Northampton. Drinkes losing him y^t hath had taken a diet losing Drinke for 3 days fasting & had 2 cakes & hath in a day. his excrementꝭ looke white & his face & eyes all yellowe but a fully faced youthe. 24 of Apr. die ♂ h. 9. 30 p m {sic}. 1599. cathed it w^th a wet & cold. faynt & feeble.

RN An Trueman of Willing 40. y. sick this fortnight backe & harte. & armes full of ach every foot ill keepeth her bed many times. stomack bad w^th it. Ap. 24 die ♂ h. 10. ant m. 1599.
