RN Harry Goodin taken lame in his left leg not swollen he cannot styrre his right side. in his leg & huck bone he layd in the fild Downe & being hote tooke a colde. this day or monday was sennet 17 d 16 last Christmas eve. 1598. pater  filio et filius oravit patrē. vt me consulet  morbo. RN Will: Seere of haversham. 53 yeres old sitteth vp by the fier, very stiffe & hardly to {ground} onc in 24 houres complayneth of his body & lims & legs most in on of his sides all over his left syde ever sinc March last: first amisse not able to goe over the Dore threshall. sinc Alhalloutide. sent his wife to me Decēb. 21. die ♃. h. 12. 45. 1598. on of his legs the left wonderfully swelled. a very diseased body & hath had a greate cough.¹

RN Goody Numan 40 yeres old of Brodwell shee hath had a disease a long time si shee hath a swelling in her legs & hath bene short winded a long time |Aug. 20 die ☉ h. 9|

RN M^res Rowe came to Newport & sent Goodmā Cowly of Newport to request me to come vnto her for shee hath a sore legs exceedingly swollen & nothing broken out they glister. Octob. 9. die {☾} h. 11. 30.¹

RN Goody Reede of Broughton 63. yeres old sick very extreme sick on satterday last leekely to have dien being the 7. of octob. & then recovered again & fell sick agayne vppon tuesday after. being the 10 of Octob. sent to me vppon thursday being the 12 of octob. it taketh all above the gyrdell first in the shoulders to the brest & so to the hart her sydes wher it so lyeth as that on may tak out thenc as shee thinketh 1598. h die ♃ h. 8. 30. mi. 1598.
