RN M^r Ogles tooke some pils about eleaven of the clock w^ch wroght not & in the morning tooke a suppository w^ch gave him a full stoole

M^r Hy|e|nry Ogles the Iustice signyfyd y^t he is Desyrous to see me once agayne & desyreth to know at what tyme his coach may be sent me Aug 20 ♂ h. 2. 30 pm 1633.

RN Thomas Denys of Newp 12. y. Iuly 23. to came to me for the falling sicknes on Easter Monday the third tyme & had a vomyting cake & so had 2 tymes before but this did more good for it brought away bladders & other ill stuffe out of his stomack w^th mutch yell stuffe & hath had no fit sinc this 16 weekes

RN Th D Pilkington sent me a peece Ap 20 ♂ h. 7. p m 1630

hath taken his purge & nowe begyneth to take his dyete drink purging

a pint in the morning & halfe a pint {illeg}|a|t 3 in the after noone

but he loathed the quantity of a pint. desyreth {to} take lesser Draughts & craveth my letter to satisfye him

frō old S^r Rob 6 rabbots & 2 litle troughts

They desyre me to goe w^th S^r Rob & his L into yorke sheere & S^r walter into Devonshire

S^r Thomas ak|c|knowledged|th| y^t my last pouder sent about a fortnight sinc hath recovered the fect{illeg} craveth the same powder.

I receaved a letter frō mres Quck {sic} y^t the lady Magdalen by means of y^e lady {sic} \Countes/ her mother. hath bene forced to vs fast. & to keepe a fast but once the Countes hath made the lady Magd to keepe an exact dyet & fasting & hath abstaynd frō the vse of any p^rscribed by me & semeth to be mutch better for it

craveth a masse of my pils

the lady Magdalen was lately sick but now mutch amended.

SRN M^rs. Cotta of Coventrey. sent her ler Novemƀ. 14. ♄ h. 10. a. m. 1635.

The vomitt did worke, vpward & 5 tymes downeward. the pills wrought well & she was let blood arme & Foote:

hath not had y^em since March Last, now finds her Liuer distemperd & a payne there. desires the opening drinke or the receipt

RN Mres {sic} Crawlys physick wrought well vomyts & pils yet troubled w^th a hot rheme in her|is| left ey & a heavynes hinder t of his head in his ioynts & ankles & kne & right leg may 9 ☿ h. 1. p m 1632
