RN Mres Edmunds of Shenly for a windcholicke. & for a swiming in her hed. may the 18 die ♀ h. 2. 27 m p m. 1599.

RN Goody Fisher sent her water to me to know what was good for her Aug. 14. die ☾ h. 7. 45 shee is troubled w^th the mother & was wont to swound w^th it very often. at 7. 30. 20.¹

RN Iohn fleete of Singleborowe ab 54. for his speach & the hoarsnes therof. when he is thorowe hot. his spittle hot & salt & sower. some times in his Chest & hed & minde w^th crosses. RN Iohn Persivall of 56 yeres \of Buckingham./ of 56. complayneth of his head & hart & stomack & would fayne have some ease. Sept. 7. 40. {sic} & hath bene sick in this disease for this 6 weekes. & this 3 yeares & maketh his stomack swell 1598. die ♃ h. 7. 40. ant m.

RN Rich Kerby Miller of Newport 60 \56/ yeres old. long & grevously sick {filiu}s  patre \{servus}  Domino/ cū euꝯ {sic} consensu it hath held this 4 yeres by fits but this quarter of this yere held him sorely & keepeth home some days his bed in his fit & then abroad. a payne in his hart w^th a sighing black coloured very fat of his face but w^th this sicknes shrunk in his bodye & legs. M^r yarrow for him novemb. {sic} 1 Decēb. die ♀ h. 10. 15. 1598¹

RN Iohn Tisam Tiso. \of Kempsō./ almost 60 y. troubled w^th a great his payne s {sic} in his head w^th a shooting: & a swelling in his legs & nose w^th an it|n|tollerab: shooting & a horrib. deadly payne in his teethe. septemb. 20. die ♃ ♄ {sic}. 11. 45. ant m. 1599.

M^r Knifton of Lowton 55 yeres old sick this 3 weekes {illeg} sunday last first in his stomack w^th an extreeme cold w^c tooke a way his stomack ache in the head neck & legs sweateth div^rse times & after troubled w^th an itch as exceeded greatly onc in two or 3 days to grounde. nev^r vomiteth. the 3 of Ian. die ☿ h. 9. 15. 1598. {sic} 1599. bad head greefe taken {in} lawe.
