RN Iohn Orrish about a & {sic} hundred yeres old a poer Carpenter of Woulson he hath never sinc friday evening ma{illeg} made water. being the fir{st} of Septemb. at 9. nowe seeketh a remedy this 5 of Sept the Daught^r for the fath^r but w^th hi{s} consent. he is nowe sw{ol}len & casteth vp his mea{te} & drink. he cannot pisse 1598. 8. 15. ant m die ♂ h. 8. 15. RN An Miller of Newport. 30 yeres old married to a husband y^t maketh leape enquireth a remedy for her disease Septemb. 16 die ♄. h. 9. 55 ant. m. 1598. hath bene very sick this fortnight & keepeth her bed. 1598 & cannot stir but as she is helpen. a longe scouring and a palsy white water a bad hed.

RN Iohn Whitaker of Newport c{illeg}|u|tler of 40 yeres olde fell sick & came to a misfortune the 2 of octob. die ☾ ca sent to me for my counsell this 16 of october die ☾. h. 10. ant m 1598. he keepeth his bed ever sinc except he be lifted.

RN Iohn Risely of Rawnson mill. l 72 yeres old sick in L {sic} his body this 2 or 3 yeres about his \6 weekes./ he cōplayneth \of his navell/ it is sore & rūneth a|i|t reeseth at his navell leek an oake water. it looketh red & is rawe. he hath the cholick w^th all & y^t for this 7 yeres: maketh water very often. he thinketh his teeth to {stink} in his hed. & his feete to Double vnder him die ☿. h. 12. 15. 1598 he sent me a dish of oates he is a fuller. novemb. 8. 1598.

RN Rich: Bently of Newporte a day labourer. 60 yeres. cannot rest all night criyeth out on his harte. feareth y^t he hath taken a greefe. sick this fortnight. on a sunday next wilbe fortnight on his hed hart & bones Martij 22. die ♃. h. 9 1599.

RN Will: Lea of Shenly 23 yers sick amisse in his foote his instep is swollen in the bottome of his foote so y^t when he goeth he cannot bowe it a pale faced man vnmaried, & a weaver. 23 of Martij die ♀ h. 6. 45. 1599.

Aprill 3 die ♂ h. 10. 1599. reareth fleme, in a cōsumption. hart hele & stronge.

RN Thomas Williams 30 yeres old at Wootton Vnderwoode hath a face swollen on the left syde a sive maker of a good couler: {f} {sic} yellow beard & bloody face. hath had it a yere. some call it St Germanes evill. he hath had it this yere & halfe. came to me to holpen {sic} by gods grace this 6 of Apr. being good friday die ♀. h. 7: 3 45. 1599.

RN Agnes fisher of Newport servant to Foster the carier 23 yeres hath not her Courses & is swollen in her legs & hoven in \about/ her harte. & cannot take her winde at 11. 30. mi p m {sic}. 1599.
