RN Thomas Gardner of Dunsanger of 62 yeres old y^t pissed blood & was mended by the herbꝭ y^t I sent him in a receipte. sinc y^t time had on Waly who hath w^th his Clisters Done him litle good but is swollen in his belly w^c is growen very harde. & mutch payned in his share & can make but a litle water halfe a sponefull at a time would knowe wheath^r leekly to die or live. went not to ground sinc munday last about 12 a clocke sent to me this 18 of Apr. die ☿. h. 7. ant m 1599 burneth in his yarde.

RN at this time Mary Pen of Straford sent me her water. w^ch was full of motes & scales & had gravell in the bottome. her former phisick I gave her wrought vpward. hath a great gydines at in her heade hart feeble bellye.

RN Katheron Dudly of Woulson 53. for the paine in her belly taketh it to be the Cholick. if shee cast shee is well. & doe w^th all avoyd wind. came to me againe for my counsell 27 of Marche die ♂ h. 8. ant m. 1599.

RN Goodmā|dy| Nueman of Brodwell. of 45 yeres of age found mutch ease by y^t w^c phisick w^c was given her & wrought vpward & downeward w^th her & shee was very prety well after it for 2 or 3 days. &|b|ut st the thirde day after it tooke her agayne & she is mutch troubled w^th the winde cholick & w^th a hot & drye stomacke. & sent her daugh{t}{er} agayne to me. Iane Osburne of Olny of 35. for a sore back & hart best in the her bed. & nowe taketh her by fits. & burning & sweating. & aches y^t it maketh her sweate shee feareth lest it be her sicknes y^t lyeth at her harte. goeth hard to ground. her child half a yere old. had not her courses nev^r sinc shee was last w^th child & soe shee is nev^r vseth to have thē but frō child to Child. looketh yellowe. RN Iohn Malins a yere & a quarter lacking a fortnight as it were pined in all her lims & bodye hed a poer bare creature. cannot sleepe not at any time in a moneth or fortnight but crye and Drinke mater adduxit se{cū} filiolā veret^r ne sit maleficio v^l veneficio afflictus. Decēb. 7. die ♃ hor. 3. 30. mi. 1598 very short winded.

RN Margery Clarke a midwife of Stony stratford for a great swelling in her thiges & bo legs y^t on may see her face in it & so striketh vp to her harte ready to stop &|h|er winde. the bell went for her yesterdaye hath a great scouring this on her & hath had it a longe time.
