RN Agnis Pufford 19 yeres of Tyddington 3 miles of frō Dunstable falleth every day 2 or thrice in a daye. misseth her sometimes a weeke. often troubled w^th it at the full of the ☾. was borne 1581. 19 yeres sinc last allhalloudaye the first of Novemb^r \about 3 a clock in the morninge./ falleth backward alwys {sic} when it cometh. came her selfe w^th her fath^r to me this 14 of march die ♀ h. 12. 30. 1600 hath bene troubled w^th it this 7 or 8 yeres. stretcheth out at lenght her armes fingers & legs¹²

RN Agnes Smithe of 13 yeres old at last mikelmas it tooke her {9} of novemb. w^th a gydines in her hed & hart & so ceme Downe to her h {sic} belly hard came for my counsell this 27 of November 1598 die ☾ h. 8. 49. mi. ant m. mater cū filia quærit

RN Mary Knight of Newport 12 yeres old at Easter Deafe this 8 yeres. for 4 yeres well. hearethe very hardly & at some times heareth better thē other her eares run & then shee heareth best shee came w^th her mother this 12 of Decēb^r die ♂ h. 10 12. 39. 1598. of a very pale Colour. a drye huske & a bad stomack breaketh & {illeg}|out &| looketh ill.

RN Nathan Bird came to me at 3. 15 p m. dec 21 die ♃. his capt chose him his leftenant he was maried.

RN Guy Foster of haversham 10|i| yeres old last Christmas came him selfe w^th his mothr {sic}. borne on a friday Martij 12. die ☾ h. 10. 15. 20|3|. 1599.

RN Alce Iones 18 yeres old pale coloured at Alderton a mile beiond Grafton. 3 quarters of a yere greene sicknes came in her owne son this 16 of March die ♀ h. 12. 20. mi 1599.

RN Iohn Cony of Newport cam to me againe at 3 a clock p m. Martij 20 die ♂ h 3. 15. 1599.

RN M^r Longviles man cane {sic} for his armes full of hard knobs & his leg of aches at 5 of the clock p m Martij 25 die ☉ h. 5. p m.

RN Frauncis Longvile about a 11 y. had the measels nowe hath his body stopped w^th fleune {sic}. cane {sic} to me about 8. 10. mi. ant m. 1599.

RN I gave Will. Rogars gratis a drā & halfe of pill corch{ra} in 3^d weight of helleb:/

he came againe & told me y^t the former wrought nothing at all w^th him. I gave him that gratis. to. his fath^r is so worldly & wretched. that he will give nothing to helpe him./
