RN M^r William Chester was borne vppon Easter monday about 4 of the clock p m. this Child is f {sic} very small faynt feble of a longe visage hath not the vse of his lims but specially of his legs to goe natus āno dni 1596. 12 Apr. die ☾ h. 4 p m. 1596.

RN An Turner of Newport servant to Goodmā Commendale troubled w^th a swelling at her Chest. & in her hed. this two or 3 days. hath not the vse of her armes. 28. y. at miklemas Ap 25. die ☿ h. 4. 30. 1599.

RN Edward Carter of Cranfilde 48. hath taken a lamenes frō the smalenes of his backe t {sic} Downe to his knee of the right side full of aches & shooting & prickings otherwise not hart sick weddensday last was sennet. sent to me this 25 of Apr. die ☿ h. 7. ante m. 1599. |a leane man. a black swarthy man|

RN Robart Kent of Walton 2 yeres old. on friday afore Christmas. about 11. 30. mi. consumed to nothing had a bunch vppon his thiges {sic} broken out & pined any face the best t of him. RN An Bourton of Olny 26 yeres old. sick the ever sinc Lent tooke her in her hed hart & backe maried this 7 yeres had but on Child but y^t god hath taken to his mercy. {s} {sic} it holdeth her nowe as an ague shaking her every day. & hat sweateth & is very hot after the shaking & hath as it were a thing lūbring in her chest very corpulent faynt & very feeble. hath a very painfull cough ready to Drawe vp hart & hall w^th it & fetcheth blood very short winded. fetcheth vp fleume & water as cleare as a bell. Ap. 25 die ☿. h. 8. 30. mi ant m. 1599. hath a very sore ague every day y^t maketh her sweate exceedingly. hath not had this moneth her Courses sinc shee voyded a litle porreng^r of clompered bloode/

RN Richard Māning of Hartwell 20 yeres sick this 7 weekes & can doe not doe any thing taketh him leeke an ague & when it cōmeth w^th a shaking colde & going away it maketh him as it were blind it so troubleth his hed. sent this 18 of Apr: die ☿ h. 1. 2|1|5. m pnn {sic} 1599.

RN George Illing of Newport had a great fall frō a howse his huckbone out of ioynt not able to goe a great paine about his harte. Apr. 25 die ☿ h. 10. 30. m ant m. 1599. his meateth {sic} cometh vp. his hart greeped.

RN Iohn Windmill of Yardly Gubbin a twelmoneth old & as mutch as candelmas the sunday after candlemas. came & brought her Child y^t was payned in the body & had divers fi strange fits. but before it tooke it had a fit of an ague before it. not v this beating & panting began on friday night w^th a quivering & shakings of the belly & armes Apr. 10. die ♂ h. 7. ant m. 1599 goeth had|r|d to grounde cryeth
