had a great cold in her head & cānot be removed

her mynd troubled w^th div^rse conceits & feares

very healthfull in her body.

RN Phyllis Pedder of Potters Perry of a 11 yeres old. sick on mūday first. then teeethe {sic} hed hart. cannot speak. came to speachles ever sinc noone. her broth^r came for her. Martij 2i. die ☿. h. 2. 30. p m. 1599.

RN Elner Kene of Shenly of 12 ye had an ague. nowe is full of aches & payne in the necke. & doth nothing but Drinke. her moth^r came for her at this 14 of May. die ☾. h. 2. 30. p m. 1599.
