RN Goody Honour cōplayneth of a paine in her hart throbbing & beating leeke an ague came on her at the first. shee sweateth with it y^t on may wring her cloathes at 2|A|pr. 18 die ☿ h. 2 30. mi. p m. 1599.

RN {Ag}nes German of Shenly {illeg} amisse this 6 or 7 yeres. {illeg} hart & scalding in the {illeg} a great cold first & then {a grea}t heate in her stomack {illeg} Drinking. Apr. 24 die ♂ h. 11. 30. ant m. 1599.

RN Will: Phylip. of Bletley. sick this halfe yeare continally about 26. holdeth him in his hed & necke. somewhat high coloured. {&} of a faire cōplexion. cold & {illeg}any. feete very cold. hed very cold. Apr. 24 die ♂ h. 12. 30

RN Iane Osburne of Olny. at Ap. 2. die ☾. h. 10. {illeg}|53|. ant m. 1599.

Iane Osburne of Olny of 35. for a sore back & hart best in the her bed. & nowe taketh her by fits. & burning & sweating. & aches y^t it maketh her sweate shee feareth lest it be her sicknes y^t lyeth at her harte. goeth hard to ground. her child half a yere old. had not her courses nev^r sinc shee was last w^th child & soe shee is nev^r vseth to have thē but frō child to Child. looketh yellowe. RN Isbell Dorman of CastleThrop. 15 |50| yeres old. growing on her this 3 yeres cometh on her w^th a flushing heate y^t on drop followeth anoth^r {lyi}eth in her bones & hart & every place. Dareth not to eate her meate. Apr. 2. die ☾. h. 11. 10 m. ant m. 1599.

RN Rich: Ellys of Hansl: of 46. {f} {sic} of his stomack thenc into his throate & hed. so in his throate y^t scarc can swallow his spittle: Apr. 6. die ♀. h. 12. 30. 1599. cannot sleepe. as if his {sic} hed an impostume {bin} a bladder broake. meticulosꝯ. cold behind his hed.

RN Richard Māning of Hartwell 20 yeres sick this 7 weekes & can doe not doe any thing taketh him leeke an ague & when it cōmeth w^th a shaking colde & going away it maketh him as it were blind it so troubleth his hed. sent this 18 of Apr: die ☿ h. 1. 2|1|5. m pnn {sic} 1599.

RN Iohn Trueman of Willing i9 come lāmas. hath a swellinge in his legs fallen downe lately w^thin this sennet his \belly & body/ was before swollen. he hath taken phisick this 4 yeres. & hath taken Drinkꝭ of many & of M^r Glover of Northampton. Drinkes losing him y^t hath had taken a diet losing Drinke for 3 days fasting & had 2 cakes & hath in a day. his excrementꝭ looke white & his face & eyes all yellowe but a fully faced youthe. 24 of Apr. die ♂ h. 9. 30 p m {sic}. 1599. cathed it w^th a wet & cold. faynt & feeble.

RN G {sic} Ione Hatch of Simpson 53. payned in her hed & back & every where. & hath a great mist over her eyes. / sent to me for phisick was vp taketh her as an ague very Cold. & litle hot. Apr 27. die ♀ h. 3. ps m {sic}. 1599.

RN Iohn Scriven of Hanslop. 46. a maried man had|th| a disease y^t holdeth him as an ague. & mutch Disquiteth him in his belly chest & head. very faynt & feeble & Did sweate mutch could not tary vp frō his bed a great griping in his belly Ap. 28 die ♄ h. 10. ant m. 1599.

RN An Bourton of Olny 26 yeres old. sick the ever sinc Lent tooke her in her hed hart & backe maried this 7 yeres had but on Child but y^t god hath taken to his mercy. {s} {sic} it holdeth her nowe as an ague shaking her every day. & hat sweateth & is very hot after the shaking & hath as it were a thing lūbring in her chest very corpulent faynt & very feeble. hath a very painfull cough ready to Drawe vp hart & hall w^th it & fetcheth blood very short winded. fetcheth vp fleume & water as cleare as a bell. Ap. 25 die ☿. h. 8. 30. mi ant m. 1599. hath a very sore ague every day y^t maketh her sweate exceedingly. hath not had this moneth her Courses sinc shee voyded a litle porreng^r of clompered bloode/
