had but 2 fits in ye day sinc midsomer last but every night hath had sore fits yt him selfe knoweth not of in his bed

her secreat places burne exceedingly & swell wth sutch payne yt she cā hardly make water & yet maketh very litle
hath a Droutch yt nothing well quench her thirst
hath a hot & a dry liver & a cold stomack
craveth a cooling playster for her liver hath 2 dig
wheathr she shall vse her cels of pouder every day or othr day cānot make water/
