the womans wat^r is very red & thick Mary Burges troubled about the hart w^th a coughinge her wat^r hath black melancholy humour. her husb & ss troubled w^th a cough.

RN William Tomson of 12 yeres on a friday a moneth afore Miklemas quærit valde ægrotat ventre. 6 of novemb. it tooke him on 2 of novemb. die ♃ in the morning. he it cometh & taketh him by fits & & {sic} ariseth vp in his stomack he could not take his meate. but would vomit vp but y^t is stayd & troubleth his hed but most his belly burneth wonderfully cannot eate. his fath^r moved a question at the same time or a quart^r after 9. for a payne in his knee w^c was broken his thigh was broken quite thorough & nowe the paine is fallen into his knee pan & is swollen.
