Martij 14 1620. put on a shirte not ayred on morninge, & was all that \day/ after it cold & aguish & at night had a great payne with an extreeme stick in his ryght side. can take nothing but liquid matter, & yet hee vomiteth vp that againe If hee doth but stirre his sticke taketh him extreamely. hee is very faynt.

RN \Robart Stone of Turvy./ a strang disease in t|T|urvy some taken w^th a sorenes in there throate. 2 a greevous hed ach & stitch vnder there right syde. some die w^thin a weeke, some at the weekes end, some 2 weekes some 3. weekes. craveth a p^rvention.

RW Beniamin Hubbins of Astwood y. 26. d. ☾ h: 1: p: m: Novemb. 20 1620. swelled in his left leg: yesterday his right leg was swelled but now it is come into his left leg: payned in his left eare, & so downewards. had a purge 10 dayes since w^ch wrought well & he was much the better for it: now worse then he was. complayneth more of heate then of colde then of heate. did complayne at the first more of heate then of colde. cannot sleepe.
