Mr Knifton of Lowton 55 yeres old sick this 3 weekes {illeg} sunday last first in his stomack wth an extreeme cold wc tooke a way his stomack ache in the head neck & legs sweateth divrse times & after troubled wth an itch as exceeded greatly onc in two or 3 days to grounde. nevr vomiteth. the 3 of Ian. die h. 9. 15. 1598. {sic} 1599. bad head greefe taken {in} lawe.
