RN Peter Chalfonte 25 y. maried sept 25. hor 11. 45. ant m 1602 had a great s {sic} bruise frō a fall of a horse & spitteth white corruption every f{oot}e feareth the wasting of his lungs lyeth most in his left syde. & is troubled wth yellow choler. ready to stop his breath.
