RN Mary Wels of fænystratford 50 y march. 20 h {sic} hor 11 ant m. 1624. |her crowne back gnawen a gnawing about a great trembling| |a burning at her hart|

RN She was taken strangly & sodenly but more yesterday then before Iuly 24. ☿ h 4|5| \5/ p m 1622. at sermō tȳe w^th strāg convulsions taking away her speach. & vse of her armes & her belly Did burne & trēble & was & is ever mightely tormōted w^th sore tēptatiōs when she is most willing to serve god¹

RN An Bourton of Olny 26 yeres old. sick the ever sinc Lent tooke her in her hed hart & backe maried this 7 yeres had but on Child but y^t god hath taken to his mercy. {s} {sic} it holdeth her nowe as an ague shaking her every day. & hat sweateth & is very hot after the shaking & hath as it were a thing lūbring in her chest very corpulent faynt & very feeble. hath a very painfull cough ready to Drawe vp hart & hall w^th it & fetcheth blood very short winded. fetcheth vp fleume & water as cleare as a bell. Ap. 25 die ☿. h. 8. 30. mi ant m. 1599. hath a very sore ague every day y^t maketh her sweate exceedingly. hath not had this moneth her Courses sinc shee voyded a litle porreng^r of clompered bloode/

an aguish thick red water. / sick the thursd before S^t Nich his day. a twelfemonth something smyt him on the chest le{illeg}|n|ing {sic} \leaning/ agaynst a tree by w^th mutch gryping in his belly a swelling in his body sometymes hot & sometymes cold w^th a nūmnes in his legs y^t he cānot goe for it. loose body. cānot eate nor drinke by fits.

RN Iohn Cozens troubled w^th a shaking & sometimes burning after the shaking ague cōplayneth most of hed. & a litle his belly on day well anothr {sic} ill. feb 25. die ☉. h. 7. 30. 1599.

RN M^r Will: Co{l|e|}lles Colles of Parke berrye of 58 troubled sick this i6 yeres & hath had the Counsell of the most exte phisitions troubled w^th a windy cause as he sayth cōming from his backe by a great heate & obstruction from my liver. also w^th a bad stomacke elevating winde into my hed. w^ch causeth gydines or streming in my head w^ch cometh as he thinketh by the ascending vp of bad & melancholy humours & w^th a shaking in my left hand mightely as it were the palsye but always very hotte. nowe of late w^th the brevity of wind in my stomacke & chest & lately w^th a mūmnes {sic} & tinckling in my hands. lips & sydes & face. this 15 of may. die ♂ h. 4. 45. p m. 1599.

TG Ann stapp of stonystreetford 16 y. Mart. 15. h. 9. Mat. 1634. hath beene sicke this 14night. on wensday a stitch in her right side began, & now is pained in all her body. Exceedy|i|ng hote. Keepeth her bed can hardly stirre.
