RN Mres Leate sent her {sic} \a letter in the behalfe of her/ daughter Iane who hath for this twelfemonthe bene troubled w^th a swelling about her gr{y}|o|yne sometys appearing & sometyms not but gone first white & 2 months since burning red & hard almost as big as an egge

she layd to it a litle wax & butter & now & then a poultis of milke & a weddensday last was senet it broke about the 12 of Ap desyrous to have my counsell the 20^th of Apr h. 5. 30 pm 1620 It is broken & did run & voyd filthy \yellow/ stuffe

RN Raynold Davyes of the glover of Stonystratford sent his boy w^th his water keepeth his bed most of all but sometimes riseth vppon the 11 of novemb^r it took him first, but was very ill handled w^th it vppon die ☉ sent his boy to me for my consell this 16 of novemb die ♃ h. 8. ant m. 1598 he thincketh he took it w^th a bruise he took w^th the caring of hides a yere since. 40 yeres old.

RN The Lady Longeville new come to Billen about on weddensday last sent h a letter to me Iuly 26 ♀. h. 2. p m 1622

how her courses be broken downe & y^t her hedach is nothing so bad as it was wont.

RN Receaved a lett^r the lady Mytton Iuly 20 ♀ h. 6 30 p m 1627 hath casted 3 weekes. would have a playster for the spleene

cōplayneth of something about the pit of his throate his voice is only low & weake but not troubled w^th any fault in noncing but cleere inough every where no physick but cōplayneth of the coldnes of his stomack & head & sone {sic} stoppage about the begying of his nose cold flegme & cold head & defect in hearing hath 2 great manyscripts of physick y^t he is Desyrous I should vse craveth vnder god my consayle for the frind his gentleman

RN Mres Pescot sent a letter to me touching certen ptyes susp to doe her hane {sic} May 17 ☾ h. 1. 30 p m. 1624

Mres Prescot was w^th goody M^res Kendall who did excuse her selfe &|b|efore she dyed & did put it on her daughter in law that mayed {sic} her sonne called Ellenor Cooke now wife of francis Typsley confessed y^t her daughter sent for a mā to cure her mischiefe but they did not fourme it. still is tormented almost in all tꝭ of her bodye yet not sicke so y^t she is afrayd y^t all her adversayes {sic} are not rooted out. this \last/ womā hath a Daughter y^t was w^th the old womā before she dyed called Anne Typsley. always tormented at hart feareth a cōsūption & craveth my consayle & helpe vnder god.

sent me 2 couple of rabbots  zonio & plovers.

had but 2 fits in y^e day sinc midsomer last but every night hath had sore fits y^t him selfe knoweth not of in his bed
