RN Clement Nash servant to Iohn Connyngham 22 yeres old tooke her first on tuesday night qu about 8 a clock at night a crick {sic} \ache/ in her baccke \& lims./ y^t maketh her stoope & goe Double. troubled w^th a great heate of her stomack y^t it maketh her lips to break out he {sic} first water made in y^e morning red. the next water of a reasonable good colour. the wench of a ruddy face well colourd & fat. quait {sic} remediū Decēb. 4. die ☾. h. 12. 15. mi. 1598. of Newport

RN Frauncis Marshall of Newport very strangly can scarce speake, only maketh signes for water to coole her her mouth is furred white w^th extreeme heate taketh her Drinke by a quill. first bound but y^t I gave her vnbound her nowe in a laske & extreeme hot & drye Decēb. 12. die ♂ h. 9. 30. mi ant m 1598. troubled in her sleepe.

RN Alce Buttyphant of Chichly borne a fortnight a fore Miklemas day on {sic} a tuesday on wedensday even about an houre or 2 after sonset pater  filio {sic} came to me almost dead on sct Thomas eve. troubled w^th the Chin cough. Decemb 30. die ♄. h. 1. 53. 1598 w^th a hooping ready to stoppe her wind now it falleth into a bleeding at the nose

RN Elisabeth Smith 30 yeres old 9 yeres maried. never had Child it cometh by fits twice a weeke of a good colour red faced & fill {sic} of blood lieth in her hed & so ariseth from her hart & stomack vnto her hed. her face & syde swelleth. her vrine is red & full of rags. came in her owne son & then was very well of Decemb. 4 die ☾ h. 2. 1598. dwelleth at Emerten right side of her hed.¹

RN Alce Denton of haversham 36. maried this 10 yeres 3 children last childe had a yere & more agoe feareth lest shee have taken a cold w^th a nurcing child an old Disease ever since shee was a servant a great payne at her harte, doth vomit ever sinc shee was maried {b} twice or thrice in a yere but very mutch this last weeke & never well vntill shee have it vp, els very sicke. a pert woman. sent to me by her husband this 17 of Decēb. die ☉. 9 – 18.. 1598.. best a bed.

RN vrsula Thorpe of Stony stratford keepeth the bull. hipwell vnkle vnto Thorpe 32 yeres old sick ever sinc mikelmas goeth abroade. Dece {sic} sent by M^r Oliv^r Barker. for his wife sister is her moth^r in frendship & kindred Doubteth wheath^r shee be bewitched & hath a canker in her tongue & tented shee hath an ill stomacke & spitteth putrifyed bloode. Decēb^r. 2i. die ♃. h. 9. 15. ant m. 1598.

RN Ellen Foster sore sick ever sinc her childe cannot take no drinke meate vomiteth vp all y^t shee taketh cannot quench her thirst swollen very big in her legs. now stolen vp to her hart on weddensday shalbe three weekes her child borne w^th out all greefe but mutch payned before & after & nev^r had Child before sent a woman to me for her Decēb. 31. h. 8. 35 m. 1598

RN Ihone Clarke of Rawnson 63. sick this sennet. cannot rest in her bed can tak no rest was pretely mended & now ill againe in her chest./ this 18 of Decemb. die ☾ h. 10. 15. 1598.

RN Susan Androwes of Broughton about 50 yeres old troubled w^th a great & continiall {sic} reume always spitting & her tong hath on it scales. at times any time this 2 or 3 yeres. sent Goodmā Macū in her behalfe. Decēb. 9. die ♄. hor. 11. 10 mi. 1598. |metuit et formidat ne Dentes pereant|

RN Ihone Brinckloe hath had her flowers stopt this 2 moneths first s{und}ay in {cleme fecit} 42 old. 2 houres afore daye Decēb. 1598. extreeme coughe day & night & very cold. vomiteth vp all.

RN Mary Knight of Newport 12 yeres old at Easter Deafe this 8 yeres. for 4 yeres well. hearethe very hardly & at some times heareth better thē other her eares run & then shee heareth best shee came w^th her mother this 12 of Decēb^r die ♂ h. 10 12. 39. 1598. of a very pale Colour. a drye huske & a bad stomack breaketh & {illeg}|out &| looketh ill.

RN Alce Bruer can not goe vpright but goeth Double vp by the fier hoven in the belly & payned in y^e bottome of her belly all|{aft^r}| a longe tine {sic}. sent Ih{one} Honour. Decēb. 15. die ♀. 11. 15. mi. 1598. worse when shee eateth any thinge.

RN Iudith Anslye 17 yeres old. shee walketh vp & Downe complayneth of her hed hath not her Courses Decemb 4. die ☾ h. 10. 30. mi. 1598 |pater  filia cū consensu.|

RN Iudith Anslye for her payn in the hed & stomack & ch loketh very yallowe & all by cause her courses have h {sic} bene stopped on her Decēb. 7. die ♃. h. 2. p m. 1598. mater  filia.

RN An Paule of Olny 40 yeres had a Child 6 weekes afore Miklemas had a noth^r husband before sick never well sinc shee was layd w^th her last Child tock her w^th a swelling in her right legge quærit the 14 of Decēb^r. kepeth not her bed but is well by day but ill by night. die ♃. 14. h. 3. 6. 1598.

RN Vrsula Thorpe of Stony stratford 34 sick sinc mihelmas cōplayneth most of her mouth. & of a canker therin & had a tente keepeth nowe her bed this sennet & so did not of{illeg} sent her water by her frind Decēb. 23. die ♄. h. 11. 15. 1598.

RN Goody Dormer of haversham s {sic} sent her water by her some {sic} in lawe Iohn Smith. faynt & weake still. Decemb. 1. die ♀ h. 9. 1598.

RN Elisabeth Brawne 29 of yeres old of Chichly 8 yeres maried 7 yeres sick in all tꝭ of her bodye. most troubled in he {sic} hed. sometimes well & sometime ill. last night. about the full of the moone {was} troubled. N Decemb. {1.} {die} ♀ h. 1. 15|9|. 1598 with Child as I suppose breeding now breeding of child. 5 weekes.
