RN Mary Nuby 28 of Grafton Lodge. for a rising at her stomack. her legs. Double vnd^r her faynt & feeble & pineth in her body & yet can earte {sic} had not her termes never sinc her sicknes almost for a yere. Ap. 25 die ☿ h 5. 30. p m. 1599 |cannot sleepe troubled w^th a great cough at night.|

RN M^r Carter \67 yeares./ of husband Crowlye cānot take his winde. ever sinc East^r can ride but not goe afoote feb. 13. die ☿ h. 11 ant m 1600 can scarce see a ringin{g} of bels. full of fleme
