RN Iohn Kilpine the sonne of Richard Kilpine was borne 15 the 25 of Ian. being weddensday betwixt 3 & 5 in the morninge. troubled wth falling sicknes vppon any sudden feare. when he was 1 yere old taken first wth it or there about. a very fat Corpulent hevy fellowe most troubled in his bed.

RN Iohn Kilpine of Northe Crowly 23. yeres old sent vnto me for his disease who hath bene troubled wth a falling sicknes who fometh very litle but Drouleth. who falleth when it taketh him on his backe & |st|retcheth him selfe a {sic} & prsently riseth again & is well. as often as any thing hitteth him or stūbleth or at meate if any thinge feareth him it come as it were by a frightment Maij 5. die . h. 9 ant m. 1599. very desirous his father should come.
