M^r Shepheard his m^r of Toceter cōp of his & left syde riseth vp to his throat maketh him sicke vntill he have eaten something.

first vnfoldeth his owne greefe how he is wrōged & cosened of all y^t he hath & therby he his wife & childrē broght to great want & misery craveth my Counsell & instruction
