RN An Bourton of Olny 26 yeres old. sick the ever sinc Lent tooke her in her hed hart & backe maried this 7 yeres had but on Child but y^t god hath taken to his mercy. {s} {sic} it holdeth her nowe as an ague shaking her every day. & hat sweateth & is very hot after the shaking & hath as it were a thing lūbring in her chest very corpulent faynt & very feeble. hath a very painfull cough ready to Drawe vp hart & hall w^th it & fetcheth blood very short winded. fetcheth vp fleume & water as cleare as a bell. RN Mary Nuby 28 of Grafton Lodge. for a rising at her stomack. her legs. Double vnd^r her faynt & feeble & pineth in her body & yet can earte {sic} had not her termes never sinc her sicknes almost for a yere. Ap. 25 die ☿ h 5. 30. p m. 1599 |cannot sleepe troubled w^th a great cough at night.|

RN Edward Newnton sick this 14 weekꝭ of Stony stratford a weaver hart & everywhere sick pined & yet eatet skin & bone. & yet will eate any thing. 60 yeres old. faynt. hard bound {illeg}|y|et onc in 24 houres. feareth lest he be b{edr}ed a drie coughe. this 8 yeres. Aprill 3 die ♂ h. 10. 1599. reareth fleme, in a cōsumption. hart hele & stronge.

RN Lewis Vppne 42. for {sic} in litle Brickwill. servant to M^r Fisher for an extreme payne about his navell y^t so payneth him y^t he can tak noe rest & four can scarc hold him down he casteth all vp & nothing will goe downward. very Costive & full of wind at the very navell. casteth vp his meate. Ap. 23. die ☾ h. 6. 15. p m. 1599. twice maried.

RN Iohn Trueman of Willing i9 come lāmas. hath a swellinge in his legs fallen downe lately w^thin this sennet his \belly & body/ was before swollen. he hath taken phisick this 4 yeres. & hath taken Drinkꝭ of many & of M^r Glover of Northampton. Drinkes losing him y^t hath had taken a diet losing Drinke for 3 days fasting & had 2 cakes & hath in a day. his excrementꝭ looke white & his face & eyes all yellowe but a fully faced youthe. 24 of Apr. die ♂ h. 9. 30 p m {sic}. 1599. cathed it w^th a wet & cold. faynt & feeble.

Iane Osburne of Olny of 35. for a sore back & hart best in the her bed. & nowe taketh her by fits. & burning & sweating. & aches y^t it maketh her sweate shee feareth lest it be her sicknes y^t lyeth at her harte. goeth hard to ground. her child half a yere old. had not her courses nev^r sinc shee was last w^th child & soe shee is nev^r vseth to have thē but frō child to Child. looketh yellowe. RN Robart Kent of Walton 2 yeres old. on friday afore Christmas. about 11. 30. mi. consumed to nothing had a bunch vppon his thiges {sic} broken out & pined any face the best t of him. RN Thomas Gardner of Dunsanger of 62 yeres old y^t pissed blood & was mended by the herbꝭ y^t I sent him in a receipte. sinc y^t time had on Waly who hath w^th his Clisters Done him litle good but is swollen in his belly w^c is growen very harde. & mutch payned in his share & can make but a litle water halfe a sponefull at a time would knowe wheath^r leekly to die or live. went not to ground sinc munday last about 12 a clocke sent to me this 18 of Apr. die ☿. h. 7. ant m 1599 burneth in his yarde.

RN Amy fuller 30. her \right/ shoulder right leg. & her hand hath as it were a crampe & of late broken out. swelled & blistered & very hot & a thin face but well coloored her toes will not styrre Apr. 23. die ☾ h. 2. 50. m p m. 1599. whitsontide wilbe a twelmoneth. of Cranfild.

RN Frauncis Longvile about a 11 y. had the measels nowe hath his body stopped w^th fleune {sic}. cane {sic} to me about 8. 10. mi. ant m. 1599.

RN Rich. Ellys of Hansl. 46: t Apr 24 die ♂ h. 8. 15. ant m. 1599. troubled w^th cordis calore stomachi ardore. ariditate Linguæ et a stomacho ascendit ad caput illud male afficit affligit

RN Edward Carter of Cranfilde 48. hath taken a lamenes frō the smalenes of his backe t {sic} Downe to his knee of the right side full of aches & shooting & prickings otherwise not hart sick weddensday last was sennet. sent to me this 25 of Apr. die ☿ h. 7. ante m. 1599. |a leane man. a black swarthy man|

RN George Illing of Newport had a great fall frō a howse his huckbone out of ioynt not able to goe a great paine about his harte. Apr. 25 die ☿ h. 10. 30. m ant m. 1599. his meateth {sic} cometh vp. his hart greeped.

RN Will: Venter of Sawford troubled w^th a Cold very shortwinded & payned w^th a Cough & his hart sore. 31 yeres troubled w^th it this fortnight / Apr. 27 die ♀ h. 11. 15. ant m. lay first in his hed. & in his neck ready to stop his winde./

RN Iacob Iinkinson of hanslop. 56. sick this 3 days. troubled w^th a stitch. & keepeth his bed & drinketh mutch. very Costive. Ap. 2. die ☾. h. 11. 45. 1599.

RN Thomas Gardener of Dunsanger of 60 yeres old his water as red as any blood leeke very bloode fell sick on satterday night at midnight cōplayneth of his belly. very Costive since. can take no rest nor sleepe cryeth out w^th extremitye of payne. Apr. 9 die ☾ h. 6. {illeg}5|30|. m. ant m. 1599.

RN Will: Miller of Brodwell 60 yeres old. sore in his legs swollen w^th the humor fallen downe into them & in his lims. Ap. 28. die ♄. h 8. 30. ant m. 1599. goeth to ground once in 2 days.
